Can I Still Buy Products Online?

Our online store will remain open; however, we can no longer dispatch orders. Any orders received will be delivered after the Alert Level 4 is lifted. We will refund all orders placed online during this period in accordance with our refunds policy. 

Returning/Exchanging Items 

We have extended our returns period, any items purchased online after 10 March 2020 can be returned until 30 days after the Level 4 status is lifted (or until your local STIHL SHOP is open again).  Unless your item is faulty, does not meet acceptable quality, or does not meet its description, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it (no fuel in tools). It must also be in the original packaging and you must present proof of purchase.
