Details

STIHL CM 8 Charging Management System provides an efficient way to manage multiple battery chargers from a single dedicated power circuit. It supports up to 8 connected chargers and can manage charging for up to 32 batteries.

The system uses two groups of four sockets, charging Group 1 first before automatically switching to Group 2. This helps prevent circuit overloads while ensuring all connected batteries are fully charged.

Suitable for workshop or vehicle installation, the CM 8 can be mounted to a wall, shelf, or cabinet and connected to a dedicated fused outlet.

The STIHL CM 8 Charging Management is suitable for charging batteries from the STIHL AS system, STIHL AK system and STIHL AP system with the following STIHL chargers:

ALS 31 (Charger for AS 2 Battery) , up to 2 A charging current, weight 0.5 kg

AL 5 (Fast Charger for AS 2 Battery), up to 4 A charging current, weight 0.5 kg

AL 5-2 (Dual Fast Charger for AS 2 Battery), up to 4 A charging current, weight 0.8 kg

AL 101 (Charger for AK and AP Batteries), charging current up to 1.7 A, weight 0.7 kg

AL 301 (Fast Charger for AK and AP Batteries), up to 6.5 A charging current, weight 1.2 kg

AL 301-4 (Multi Fast Charger for AK and AP Batteries), up to 6.5 A charging current, weight 4.4 kg

AL 501 (Fast Charger for AK and AP Batteries), up to 12 A charging current, weight 1.3 kg

Note: Please note that for optimal operation of the STIHL CM 8 Charging Management, no other power consumers may be connected to the same fuse and used at the same time.
