    Warranty

    All STIHL products purchased online will be issued a STIHL warranty.

    1. Tools used for home/farming applications receive a 2 year warranty. Double the warranty of your STIHL 2 MIX, STIHL 4 MIX® and STIHL 2 Stroke petrol tools purchased online to 4 years by adding HP Ultra Oil (minimum 1L) to your purchase.

    2. Tools used in a professional application receive a 6 month warranty

    3. STIHL Polymer Bodied/decked Lawnmowers (domestic use) receive a 10 year warranty on the polymer body (not associated parts) the handle and the catcher.

    The AK 20 Battery Starter Kit includes both the AK 20 battery and the AL 101 charger, giving you everything you need to get started with the STIHL AK battery system. These starter kits remove the guesswork from choosing the right setup, ensuring your tools are paired with a compatible battery and charger from the start.

    STIHL AK 20 BATTERY

    The AK 20 36 V Lithium‑Ion Battery powers all tools in the STIHL AK range and delivers a capacity of 144 Wh. Runtime will vary depending on the tool being used. A built‑in charge‑level indicator lets you easily check when it’s time to recharge. The battery also features internal sensors that automatically shut the tool down if it begins to overheat. Weighing just 1.2 kg, the AK 20 keeps your tools comfortable and well‑balanced during operation.

    STIHL AL 101 CHARGER

    The AL 101 230 V Battery Charger is compatible with both AK and AP batteries. It automatically switches off once the battery is fully charged, helping reduce power consumption and keeping your STIHL battery cool. An LED indicator shows when charging is complete, and the charger can be mounted on a wall to save space.
