What is required to open an account?

You must be 18 years or older and have the following forms of New Zealand identification:

- Mobile number
- Debit or credit card
- Drivers licence (or other valid legal ID)

How do I sign up?

There are two simple ways for you to sign up:
- Download the Laybuy app from the App Store or Google Play
- Click here to sign up on the Laybuy website

Are there any fees?

Laybuy is an interest free service for all customers. The only time you will be charged more than the purchase amount is if an instalment is not paid by the due date.

Where can I use Laybuy?

Laybuy can be used online and in-store*.

*Subject to availability of Laybuy in each local store.

How do I use Laybuy ?

1. Proceed to checkout as normal and select Laybuy as your payment method.
2. Log in or sign up and complete your order in seconds.
3. Choose your payment day, view your schedule and select pay now to complete your order.
4. Your order is on its way. Payments will be taken each week automatically.

How do I return items paid for using Laybuy?

Returns are subject to our returns policy. When we receive the product(s), accept the return and refund the amount to Laybuy, you will then receive a notification of the refund and the money will be returned to your credit card.

What is Laybuy Boost?

If you want to purchase something that costs more than your Laybuy limit, then you can still pay by Laybuy by using Laybuy Boost. Learn more about Laybuy Boost here.
