Can I Get the Same Black Friday Deal Online and In Store?

Yes! Shop the way you prefer: online to avoid the crowds or in-store to view the products before you buy. Or use our Click and Collect service for the best of both worlds.

Can I use Click & Collect for Black Friday orders?

Yes. Click & Collect is free, and most orders are ready on the same day during store opening hours. Your store will assemble and fuel your tools before you pick them up. If your store doesn't have an item in stock, it's sent from our central warehouse and takes 2 to 5 working days.

How long will Black Friday delivery take?

Home delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are, but can take a little longer during busy promotional periods like Black Friday. Our team will be working extra hard to get orders out as fast as possible, you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please be aware we can't deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I return something I bought in the Black Friday sale?

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, with no fuel in tools, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Return them to the STIHL SHOP you selected when you ordered. Faulty items are covered by our warranty and the Consumer Guarantees Act. In-store purchases may have a different returns policy.

What happens if a Black Friday deal sells out?

Items will be marked as out of stock as they sell out, however it is worth checking another store as stock varies at each location. In the unlikely event that we can't fulfil your order because an item is out of stock, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or a suitable replacement, and refund your original shipping costs.

Can I pay with Afterpay on Black Friday deals?

Online, most stores accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Account2Account. Payment options vary by store and in-store.
