Anti-vibration System

Vibrations from power tools can lead to negative effects on blood vessels. STIHL has developed a system for minimizing the levels. This also helps reduce operator fatigue and provides a more comfortable working experience.
Chain Lubrication System

A reservoir holds bar oil until it is picked up by the passing chain. This achieves maximum lubrication resulting in longer wear and less oil consumption.

Single Master Control Lever

Only one start position is required on the combi lever. Due to the stop function, once the machine is turned off the control lever immediately moves back to the operating position. This allows a warm machine to be restarted immediately.
STIHL 2-Mix Engine

Our 2-stroke engines combine a high-performance cylinder with a streamlined combustion process to deliver outstanding power, reduced fuel consumption, and significantly lower exhaust emissions.

Side Chain Tensioner

The tensioning screw can be found on the side of the Chainsaw through the SPROCKIT cover. This means you don't need to come into contact with the chain.
Transparent Oil Tank

Allows the operator to easily check the fuel level before starting work.

Compensator

Automatically adjusts the fuel mix as the air filter clogs, maintaining proper engine RPM.This keeps the engine running smoothly even with a dirty air filter.
Advanced Combustion Technology

Four overflow channels swirl the fuel-air mix before ignition, allowing for optimum combustion. The result is lower fuel consumption and high torque across a broad rmp range.
