    Warranty

    All STIHL products purchased online will be issued a STIHL warranty.

    1. Tools used for home/farming applications receive a 2 year warranty. Double the warranty of your STIHL 2 MIX, STIHL 4 MIX® and STIHL 2 Stroke petrol tools purchased online to 4 years by adding HP Ultra Oil (minimum 1L) to your purchase.

    2. Tools used in a professional application receive a 6 month warranty

    3. STIHL Polymer Bodied/decked Lawnmowers (domestic use) receive a 10 year warranty on the polymer body (not associated parts) the handle and the catcher.

    The AK 30 S Dual Battery Bundle gives you double the performance, letting power through big jobs, work longer and keep your momentum when it matters most. Whether you’re tackling a full day’s workload or pushing through a demanding project, this bundle ensures you don’t slow down—because your tools shouldn’t, either.

    The AK 30 36 V Lithium-Ion Battery is the most powerful from the STIHL AK range and has a capacity of 180 Wh. Battery life depends on the tool type. The AK 30 provides 80% longer run times than the AK 20. There is a level indicator on the Battery so you can see when it's nearing time to charge. Inside the Battery there are sensors that shut down the machine if the Battery ever becomes too hot. The AK 30 Battery weighs just 1.3 kg so the tool won't feel too heavy to operate. 

    Compatible with the AL 101, AL 301 Chargers

    Charge time with AL 101 Charger: 205 minutes, or to charge it up to 80%, it takes 160 minutes

    Charge time with AL 301 Charger: 60 minutes, or to charge it up to 80%, it takes 35 minutes

    Battery life depends on the tool type. Refer to the battery run times listed on each tool or the run time chart below.
